Renew and Restore
The word "Renova" is derived from the latin word “renovare” which means to renew or restore.

"The purpose of Renova Therapy is to create an inclusive safe space where clients can feel a renewed sense of their true self and restore their well-being. I am dedicated to guiding others into a life that is free from burden where they can fully experience calmness, connection, curiosity, compassion, and creativity. I have found that being authentic while using evidence based approaches such as EMDR, Parts Work, and Somatic practices allows us to embark on the journey to that exact lifestyle.
As I grow my practice I hope to include other team members who are similar minded, authentic, trauma informed, and passionate"
-Natalie Forouzad, LCSW, Owner of Renova Therapy PLLC

“We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to.”- Brene Brown

Begin Your Journey to Wellness Today
Your story is unique, and I honor the fact that everyone experiences things in their own way. I aim to create a comfortable client centered practice where my clients feel that they are being heard and seen while also being challenged to meet their goals. I am here to invite you to begin the journey of healing by getting curious about the work we can accomplish together at Renova.
All new clients are required to attend a free 15 minute consultation via telehealth before booking initial therapy appointments. During your consultation I will answer any questions you may have to ensure that you have clarity. It will also give us both the opportunity to make sure that we are a good fit for each other before beginning the therapeutic journey together.
